The Mukhtaran Rafiq Foundation was established in 2004 in Lahore, Pakistan, born from a profound desire to alleviate suffering and provide hope to those in need. Named after its visionary founder, the foundation started as a small initiative providing basic healthcare to underserved communities.
Over two decades, we have grown into an international organisation with a presence in multiple countries, including our UK branch registered as charity number 1211648. Our journey has been marked by unwavering commitment to humanity, transparency, and making a positive difference in the lives of thousands.
From operating hospitals that provide 100% free dialysis treatment to distributing thousands of meal packages every month, our work continues to expand and evolve to meet the changing needs of the communities we serve.

Opened our first hospital offering 100% free dialysis services to patients who couldn't afford treatment.
